2. How flexible is the time schedule ? Can it be adjusted to our needs ?
Yes – we are fully flexible. Let us know your preferred window during onboarding, and we’ll align the daily 6-hour shift or the weekend 12 – hour shift to cover your clients’ peak hours and time zones. By default, we cover US daytime and UK evening hours, but we can shift as needed (subject to reasonable volume).
3. What happens if we have more tickets than expected ?
We handle reasonable volume during agreed hours. Excessive tickets may require prioritisation. We discuss this transparently during onboard to ensure quality service.
4. How does the Free Trial Day work ?
One full weekend shift (up to 12 hours) or a weekday shift (up to 6 hours). We handle your tickets exactly like a paid month. No payment, no commitment. Book via the form above – we’ll contact you within 24 hours to set up access.
5. Do you offer live chat ?
Not in the base $399 plan – we focus on asynchronous ticket handling for quality and focus. We are planning to add Live chat later as an add-on.
6. What is your refund policy ?
Free Trial Day : No risk – it’s completely free. If you decide not to continue, there is nothing to refund.
Paid Monthly Plan: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first month only. If you’re not satisfied with the service quality, contact us within 30 days of payment – we’ll issue a full refund (minus any add-on fees). After the first month, refunds are not available for time already delivered, as we provide ongoing support. Canel anytime with 30 days’ notice – no further changes.
7. How do you ensure my data and credentials are secure ?
We take security very seriously. As an ICO-registered business (Registration No. ZC072601), we comply with UK GDPR. Credentials are shared via encrypted, time-limited channels (e.g., Bitwarden Send), stored in AES-256 password managers, and deleted upon termination or when no longer needed, within 7 days.
